How to book a personal training session with us:

  1. Select Date and Time availability then click “Confirm
  2. Fill in the form with your information
  3. Click “Submit” and the booking confirmation will be sent to your email provided

If you need to cancel with us:

There are 2 ways to cancel your booking:

First option – Confirmation email:

  1. Open your confirmation email
  2. Click “Cancel” button
  3. Provide reason for cancellation (optional)
  4. Then click “Yes, Cancel” button
  5. Cancellation confirmation email will be sent to your email address

 

Second option- Online calendar (if your booking has been added to an online calendar like google calendar or outlook calendar) :

  1. Open your Online Calendar
  2. Click to open the event
  3. Select “Cancel event” link
  4. Provide reason for cancellation (optional)
  5. Then click “Confirm
  6. Cancellation confirmation email will be sent to your email address

JOIN A GROUP TRAINING SESSION

Group sessions are 3 days per week:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

The time slots of the group sessions are:

5am | 5:30am | 6am | 6:30am | 4pm

The group sessions are 3 day commitments. There is an upper body day, a lower body day, and a conditioning/high intensity day. This is a well rounded program for anyone wanting to learn how to use the gym and consistently train and improve overall health and fitness.

What do I need to do BEFORE the session?
You need to book in via the calendar app (click here).
You need to pay prior to the session commencing.
If you have never trained with Rebel Hybrid before, you need to fill in the Pre-exercise questionnaire (click here)
Be on time. (we don’t want you to miss a second!)
How long will it take before I see results?

Generally, it takes 8-12 weeks before you begin to “see” results. What type of results you “see” is very individual and depends on your baseline fitness, how hard and how frequently you exercise, what your nutrition is like, and what your goals are. More importantly however, you will “feel” the results of exercise and good nutrition almost immediately. We try to de-emphasize the obsession with the visual results, and pay more attention to all of the other wonderful things exercise can do for you like increase your energy, reduce stress levels and improve your strength.

If I've never trained before, is Rebel Hybrid for me?

Our Personal Training and Small Group Training is suitable for almost everyone, but we always require that you fill in the pre-exercise screening form and if required you’ll need to check with your physician before starting any exercise program. As long as you start slowly, and do not try to progress too quickly, you will find wonderful benefits from hybrid strength training.

Does Rebel Hybrid train outside of the gym?
Currently we are on training our clients in person at Marquee Fitness, Coffs Harbour. We offer programs and coaching online and through our mobile app.
Do I need to bring anything to the sessions?

Towel and bottle of water.

What is the "Hybrid" part of your functional strength training?

Rebel “Hybrid” embraces many styles of training for both physical and mental health. We are not stuck on ‘one way’, offering a variety to keep bodies moving well, get stronger and more confident, plus resources and practices for mindset and mental health. This is about training for life – and life isn’t just physical.

How much is a personal training session?

Our most popular option is $40 for 30 minutes (no time wasted) *unless there is a special on, special prices will be honoured. We highly encourage a full hour set aside for the session so that you get stretching and some cardio movement in within that hour as well. With only 30 minutes, we get straight into it.

What is the difference between a PT session and a Small Group PT session?
PT sessions are generally for one on one clients. More can be accommodated in the session in which a discount for each participant is given. If there are multiple people in the PT session it is because the clients have arranged for this with their Trainer.
Small group PT sessions are open to a small number of bookings. The price for the session per client is less than for a one on one PT. The small group PT may be booked out with the max number of participants OR you may end up training on your own (if no-one else is booked in). This is a cheaper option for a Personal Training type of experience.
Why hire a personal trainer or nutrition coach?
Hiring a personal trainer takes the thinking out of your workouts. Essentially, you’re hiring a personal health advisor to create exercise and food plans based on what you want – and what you need in order to reach those goals you’ve set. You no longer need to Google or guess what might work for your body, and you wont need to search Instagram for the latest fitspo. Rebel Hybrid holds the expertise to help you reach your goals efficiently.
Do I need to diet as well as exercise, or will exercise alone give me good results?
We always highly encourage healthy eating through permanent behavioral changes that you can live with. A healthy diet, combined with adequate exercise, will help you achieve your desired goals much faster than either diet or exercise alone.
There are so many options when it comes to finding a way to eat “the right foods” and with all the confusing and conflicting information out there it is absolutely best to have a chat with our team – you will at least know which direction to take a step in. (contact us via our contact form)
