Can you just do a once off meal plan?
How long does it take to set up once I sign up?

We get to work on gathering all your information straight away. Your Nutrition Coach and Fitness Coach will contact you within 24 hours of you signing up to the program. You will need to go through a health questionnaire and then on board into the program (downloading the app etc) you should be good to go within 48 hours.

Can you guarantee results on these programs?

If you adhere to the programs that the coaches design for you then you have a great chance of success. Our approach to training and nutrition is backed by scientific evidence and real life results giving you the best chance of success when you sign up with us. 

It’s importand to understand that results take time and your expectations need to be realistic. We will teach you what you need to know throughout our coaching process.

can couples and families go on these meal plans?

Most definitely. Each person will have different macronutrient targets. There’s absolutely no problem with taking our meal plans and using them for your partner or family HOWEVER if they have a result they would like to achieve then they should have a separate assessment. Discounts apply if you want 2 or more people on the same plan – with specific food amounts that suit their macro requirements. If separate meal plans are required for each individual, then separate plan pricing applies.

do I have to train to lose fat?

No. You do not need to exercise to lose weight. However, exercise does help contribute to fat loss and to your overall well-being (we can help find something you enjoy doing).

I have specific dietary requirements, are you able to help?

Yes we can help! Gluten free/dairy free/vegan/vegetarian,
coeliac, pregnant women + special requests may be accepted – contact us to talk through it.
